The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable retreat. I loved the garden view from my room. it added a serene touch to my stay.

Plus, the staff's attentiveness was a highlight. they remembered specific requests, making me feel valued and cared for. However, there were some downsides. The hot water only turned on at specified times, which was inconvenient for early dinners. Also, I couldn't get the same soundproofing in my room—my first one overlooked the main staircase, leading to noisy disturbances. Ideally, I would have liked a more consistent experience without the interruptions. All in all, it's a solid place, but with room for improvements.

There was a noticeable lack of privacy as the room windows were not fully sealed – just wooden shutters and mosquito nets, which allowed noise and the outside air to come in.

The staff was amazingly nice! Breakfast was delightful with plenty of options. Early risers, no worries! They packed a to-go meal when we needed it.

Had a lovely two-night stay in a spacious twin room with a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cool! The outdoor pool was so refreshing, and I enjoyed relaxing in the garden area with beautiful greenery. We had a fantastic time exploring Valladolid! The hotel is within walking distance of all the charming attractions. The breakfast was delicious, especially the menu options and fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with our pets during our stay.

Enjoyed a peaceful two-night stay with attentive service, but the Suite with Terrace lacked adequate privacy. The terrace overlooked the driveway, forcing us to keep it closed. Next time, I'd opt for a regular room rather than pay extra for that terrace.
